Spinnaker Fleuss Automatic Navy Silver

£285.00

Henry Fleuss is widely regarded as the inventor of the first self-contained underwater breathing apparatus (Scuba) in 1878. This invention first successfully used in 1880 perhaps more than any other heralded mans appreciation of an entirely new planet beneath the waves that had yet to be discovered.

The Fleuss series of vintage timepieces are inspired by the work of Fleuss and the intrepid early divers who helped develop the mechanics of under sea discovery.

Powering the watch is a precise Seiko TMI NH35 movement proposing the basis of dependable timing instrumentation cloaked in a timeless vintage aesthetic. A 43mm diameter case crafted out of solid 316L stainless steel is framed by a C5 see through luminous applied vintage style curved semi bulbous Acrylic bezel.
